循证护理在防治恶性肿瘤患者胸腔穿刺并发症中的应用
Application of evidence-based nursing in prevention and treatment of complications of thoracocentesis in patients with malignancy

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of evidence- based nursing in prevention and treatment of complications of thoracocentesis in patients with malignancy. Methods 50 malignancy patients underwent pleural effusion paracentesis from January to December in 2010 were designed as control group, and they were conducted with conventional nursing; 52 malignancy patients underwent pleural effusion paracentesis from January to December in 2011 were designed as experimental group, and they were conducted with evidence - based nursing in entire process of thoracocentesis. Incidence rate of complications of thoracocentesis was observed and compared between two groups. Results Incidence rates of complications in control group and experimental group were 22 % and 3. 85% respectively, and there was statistical difference in incidence rate of complications between two groups (P ＜ 0. 05). Conclusion Application of evidence - based nursing in malignancy patients with pleural effusion paracentesis can effectively reduce the incidence rate of complication, so it is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
