经桡动脉行冠状动脉介入治疗冠心病的护理干预疗效
Therapeutic effects of nursing intervention on coronary intervention made via radial artery for treating coronary heart disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of nursing intervention on coronary intervention made via radial artery for treating coronary heart disease. Methods Three hundred and eighty patients treated by coronary intervention via radial artery for treating coronary heart disease in our hospital were given nursing intervention. Results Three hundred patients underwent an-giography, with 98% of success rate; 80 patients underwent stent implantation, with 95% of success rate. Except for local wound hematoma and small amount of subcutaneous hemorrhage in several patients, severe complications were not found, which were satisfactory. Conclusion Nursing intervention given on patients receiving coronary intervention made via radial artery for treating coronary heart disease has satisfactory therapeutic effects, which deserves being recommended.关键词
