老年功能性消化不良的心理评估及护理对策
Psychological assessment and nursing measures for elderly patients with functional dyspepsia

Abstract
Objective To assess the psychological status of elderly patients with functional dyspepsia(FD) and explore the corresponding nursing countermeasures. Methods 79 elderly patients with FD were divided into FD group ( n = 38) and control group (n = 41). Both of two groups were evaluated by Self- rating Depression Scale (SDS), Self - rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL - 90). Results Both of SDS and SAS scores in FD group were significantly higher than control group (P＜0.01). Scores of somatization and obsessive - compulsive factors of SCL - 90 in FD group were higher than control group (P＜0.05), and scores of depression and anxiety factors of SCL - 90 in FD group were significantly higher than control group (P＜0.01). Conclusion Elderly patients with functional dyspepsia are prone to depression, anxiety and other adverse psychological reactions, so it is necessary to strengthen related nursing measures.关键词
