临床护理路径在输入性恶性疟疾中的应用
Application of clinical nursing path in the treatment of imported falciparum malaria
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing path (CNP) in the treatment of imported falciparum malaria. Methods 45 patients with imported falciparum malaria from July to December in 2011 were conducted with CNP and compared with the other 40 patients from January to June in 2011. Hospital stays, incidence rate of complications, health knowledge awareness and patients' satisfaction level were compared before and after application of CNP. Results After the application of CNP, Hospital stays, incidence rate of complications, health knowledge awareness and patients' satisfaction level in CNP group were better than control group, there were statistical differences between two groups (P ＜ 0. 05). Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing, application of CNP can not only effectively improve the health knowledge awareness and patients satisfaction rate, but also reduce the hospital stays and incidence rate of complications.关键词
