心理干预改善首发精神分裂症患者家属负性情绪的效果观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of mental intervention on negative emotions of family members of patients with first - episode schizophrenia. Methods The family members of 74 patients with first-episode schizophrenia were tested by the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and the self-rating depression scale(SDS), and meanwhile the mental interventions were applied for family members to control their emotions such as anxiety and depression. Changes of anxiety and depression were compared before and after the application of mental intervention in family members. Results The mental intervention was able to effectively improve negative emotions in family members of patients with first-episode schizophrenia, and there was statistical difference between groups (P ＜0. 05). Conclusion Because family members of patients with first-episode schizophrenia often have obvious negative emotions, the mental intervention can effectively improve condition of their negative emotions, enable them to face the reality correctly and respond positively, promote the rebuilding of their confidences and provide effective family support for patients'rehabilitations.关键词
