动静脉足泵对创伤骨科骨折患者肿胀的临床疗效
Clinical effect of arteriovenous foot pump on the treatment of swelling in fracture patients in department of orthopedic trauma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of arteriovenous foot pump on swelling in patients with fracture. Methods 106 fracture patients with swelling of limbs were equally divided into conventional nursing group and comprehensive nursing group. Conventional nursing group was conducted with ice compress therapy, while comprehensive nursing group was treated with ice compress plus arteriovenous foot pump therapy. Curative effect, numerical rating scale (NRS) and effectual time were compared between two groups. Results The curative effects in both of the two groups were excellent(P＞0.05), the NRS score and effectual time in comprehensive nursing group were better than conventional nursing group, and there was statistical difference between two groups (P ＜ 0. 05). Conclusions Arteriovenous foot pump can effectively alleviate swelling and pain of affected limbs, and promote early rehabilitations of paitents.关键词
