门诊治疗妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的护理干预
Nursing intervention for patients with gestational vulvovaginal candidiasis in outpatient department

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on patients with gestational vulvovaginal candidiasis (WC). Methods 89 patients with severe or frequent recrudescent gestational WC symptoms were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention measures. Results 95.5% of patients were cured without recrudescence; 4.5% of patients' symptoms improved. None of patient had abortion and premature phenomenon. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention measures can effectively improve the cure rate of gestational vulvovaginal candidiasis, and meanwhile reduce the recurrence rate.关键词
