浅析护理干预对PICU患儿家属焦虑心理的影响
Influence of nursing intervention on anxiety emotion in family members of PICU children

Abstract
Objective To understand the psychological status of family members of children in pediatrics intensive care unit(PICU) and explore the influence of different nursing interventions on anxiety of family members of children. Methods family members of 54 children were investigated and randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 27 cases in each group. Control group was conducted with general nursing intervention, while intervention group was conducted with comprehensive nursing intervention. Results Anxiety emotion was generally expressed in family members of PICU children. After nursing intervention, anxiety levels improved with different degrees, and the effect in intervention group was obviously better than the control group (P＜ 0.05). Conclusion Through the application of effective comprehensive nursing intervention in family members of PICU children, their anxiety levels can be reduced and they are willing to cooperate with the nursing work actively. As a result, nurse - patient relationship can be improved, medical disputes can be reduced and rehabilitation of children can be promoted.关键词
