水热法BSO晶体微形貌及其成因研究
Study on the Micromorphology of Hydrothermal BSO Crystal and Genesis
摘要
Abstract
The morphology and surface structures of crystals reflect their growth mechanism. By studying the crystal morphology, the regular pattern of crystal growth and further more could be found, to improve the quality of the crystal. The study focuses on the crystal morphology and surface structures of two different crystalline habits of hydrothermal BSO crystals with double coil, reflecting goniometer, differential interference microscope and inverted metallurgical microscope. And the causes of morphology of hydrothermal BSO crystals on faces {100} , {110} , {211}, {111} were studied.关键词
