Mechano Growth Factor and Osteoblasts
摘要
Abstract
Bone has potential adaptive capacity to different mechanical stimulation. The growth, development and adaption of bone were regulated by mechanical factors and nonmechanial factors, but the correlative regulation was poorly understood. IGF is a growth factor which is tightly related with mechanical stimulation in skeletalmuscle system. Pre-mRNA of IGF-Ⅰ can be alternatively spiliced into mechano-growth factor under mechanical stimulation conditions. MGF could activate satellite cells, promote the proliferation of osteoblast and inhibit their terminal differentiation. Primary studies show that MGF mainly localize in the nuclear and IGF-IR did not mediate the action of MGF. Till now, the receptor, target and mechanism of MGF signaling is not very clear. In present, we summaried the relationship between MGF and mechanical regulaiton of bone.关键词
