营养支持对低体重慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能作用
Improving quality of life in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and low body mass index by nutritional support
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of individualized nutritional therapy on the quality of life in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and low body mass index (BMI). Methods A total of 72 patients with COPD and low BMI in our hospital from April 2010 to April 2012 were randomly and e-qually divided into two groups. The trial group was treated with nutritional supplementation, including relevant diet management according to dietary survey data. The control group was treated with regular diet. Results The BMI, lung function, and patient quality of life in the trial group were better than those in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Nutritional support can significantly increase BMI, improve the pulmonary function and quality of life in patients with COPD and low BMI.关键词
