Research progress on factors influencing nurse's emotional intelligence

Abstract
Nurse is the main part of the medical work,whose emotional intelligence level is one of the key factors influencing medical work. So this paper reviewed the related concepts of emotional intelligence, antecedent variables and outcome variables, so as to provide evidences for nursing managers to train nurses'emotional intelligence.关键词
