摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of irradiation on cerebral microvascular endothelial cells and to explore its the potential mechanisms. Methods The primary culture of murine brain microvascular endothelial cells were divided into 3 groups and given Co at the dosage of 0 Gy,l Gy,2 Gy,respectively. Cell morphology and the apoptotic cells of murine brain microvascular endothelial cells were observed by TUNEL method. And the expression of p-ERK and p-JNK was detected by Western blot. Results The apoptosis increased with the increase of radiation dose. The expression of p-ERK decreased at 1Gy radiation dose,and then increased. And the trend of expression of p-JNK was upwards along with the increasing radiation dose. Conclusion The radiation can lead to cell apoptosis, and there are positive correlations between the radiation dosage and the apoptotic rate. MAPK/ERK and MAPK/JNK signal transduction pathways may participate in the regulation of cell apoptosis under radiation conditions.
