CE-Chirp刺激声诱发的听性稳态反应阈与行为测听阈值的相关性
Analysis of the correlation between CE-Chirp ASSR and the behavioral hearing thresholds

Abstract
Objective To compare the difference of threshold estimation by CE-Chirp auditory steady state evoked response (ASSR) and behavioral audiometry in normal ears and ears with different characteristic and different degree hearing loss, and to investigate the correlation and differences between thresholds of CE-Chirp ASSR and behavioral auditory. Methods Thirty normal ears (15 people) and 144 abnormal ears (99 people) were enrolled and separately tested by CE-Chirp ASSR and behavioral audiometry. The correlation and differences between thresholds of CE-Chirp ASSR and the behavior audiometry at 0.5, 1 , 2 and 4 kHz were analyzed respectively. Results The correlation coefficients of the thresholds of CE-Chirp ASSR were positively correlated with the thresholds of behavioral auditory in normal and abnormal ears group (P < 0.01). The differences of thresholds between CE-Chirp ASSR and the behavior audiometry at 0.5, 1, 2 and 4 kHz in hearing loss groups were not statistically significant (P > 0.05, respectively). Conclusions Thresholds of CE-Chirp ASSR positively correlates with that of behavioral auditory. CE-Chirp ASSR provides a new method for impersonal hearing evaluation with shorter time and better frequency specificity.关键词
