咳嗽变异性哮喘患者Eotaxin的表达及其与肺功能的关系
Expression of Eotaxin and its correlation with pulmonary function in patients with cough variant asthma

Abstract
Objective To investigate the level of Eotaxin and its relationship with pulmonary function in patients with cough variant asthma (CVA). Methods 30 patients with CVA (11 males and 19 females, aged 22 ~ 46 years, CVA group), 30 patients with classic asthma (14 males and 16 females, age 24 ~ 47 years, classic group) and 20 healthy controls (8 males and 12 females, aged 24~44 years, control group) were included. The number of Eos in peripheral blood, the level of Eotaxin in serum and pulmonary function (FVC, FEV1, PEF, FEF25% ~ 50%) in the 3 groups were measured. Results The number of Eos in peripheral blood and the expression of Eotaxin in CVA group were significantly higher than those in control group, and were significantly lower than those in classic group (all P < 0.05). The FEV1 and FVC were significantly different between CVA group and classic group (P < 0.01 and P < 0.01), while the PEF, FEF25% and FEF50% in CVA group were significantly different from those in control group and in classic group (all P< 0.05). The positive correlation between Eos and Eotaxin was observed in CVA group and classic group (P < 0.05, P < 0.05). There was no correlation between the level of Eotaxin and pulmonary function indicators in each group (P> 0.05, respectively). Conclusion Eotaxin is an important factor involved in the airway inflammatory development of CVA, the pulmonary function of patients with CVA are between the normal people and typical asthma patients.关键词
