Effects of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide on the heart rate variability in patients with heart failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide (rhBNP) on circadian heart rate variability (HRV) in patients with acute decompensated heart failure (ADHF). Methods 60 ADHF patients were randomly divided into rhBNP group and the control group. The heart rate power spectral density and time-domain were analyzed with 24 hour (electro cardiogram,ECG)for all the patients before and after the treatment in both groups. Results After treatment, standard of all means of the patients in rhBNP group were significantly higher than those in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion RhBNP combined with routine treatment of heart failure can improve HRV in heart failure patients significantly.关键词
