灯盏花素预适应对大鼠肢体缺血再灌注肝损伤的保护作用
Protective effect of Breviscapine preconditioning on hepatic injury induced by limb ischemia reperfusion in rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Breviscapine preconditioning on hepatic injury induced by limb ischemia reperfusion in rats. Methods 50 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group, model group, preconditioning group, breviscapine group, and breviscapine preconditioning group. Serum levels of ALT and AST, contents of MDA and activity of SOD in liver homogenate were measured, and hepatic morphology was observed. Results Serum levels of ALT and AST were significantly decreased in Breviscapine group and preconditioning group. Content of MDA was significantly decreased and the activity of SOD was significantly increased in preconditioning group,breviscapine group, and Breviscapine preconditioning group. Hepatic injury was evidently alleviated in Breviscapine preconditioning group. Conclusion As compare to Breviscapine group, Breviscapine preconditioning had a protective effect on hepatic injury induced by limb ischemia reperfusion in rats.关键词
