Abstract
Thirteen compounds were obtained from EtoAc fraction of 95% ethanol extract of Abelmoschus esculentus L. by repeated column chromatography over silica gel.Sephadex LH-20,MCI,ODS,ete. By spectral analysis and physicochemi-cal properties,their chemical structures were identified as β-sitosterol (1) ,β-daucosterol (2) .quercetin (3) ,scopoletin (4) ,cleomiscosin A (5),cleomiscosin C (6) ,triacontanoic acid (7) , phytol (8) ,glycerol-1-linoleate (9) .trilinolein (10) ,ursolic acid (11) ,pterolactam (12) ,β-hydroxy-benzaldehyde (13). Compounds 4-12 were separated from A. esculentus for the first time.关键词
