北豆根的化学成分研究
Chemical Constituents from the Rhizome of Menispermum dauricum DC.
摘要
Abstract
Thirteen compounds were isolated from the rhizome of Menispermum dauricum DC.. On the basis of speotro-. scopic data and physicochemical properties,their structures were elucidated as dauriporphine (1) ,menisporphine (2) , 6-0-demethylmenisporphine (3) , dauriporphinoline (4 ) , menisperine (5 ) , magnoflorine (6) , acutumine (7),acutu-midine (8) .N-demethyl-N-formyldehydronuciferine (9) ,epiberberine (10) ,P-hydroxyphenethyl trans-ferulate (11) ,β-sitosterol (12) and daucosterol (13). Compounds 9-11 were isolated from the genus Menispermum for the first time.关键词
