河南油田含油污泥深部液流转向剂的研制与应用
The Preparation and Application of Deep Fluid Diversion Agents of Oily Sludge of Henan Oilfield

Abstract
Base on the analyses of the composition and grain size distribution of associated oily sludge in the process of produced water treatment in Henan Oilfield, deep diversion agents for oil and water wells are prepared. The agents are composed of main raw material which is oil sludge and accessory ingredients which contain suspending agent of JHW -1, dispersing agent of sodium carbonate and consolidating agent of NT - 1 , etc. The slurry has good stability, good rheological property behavior, high injection capacity , higher strength, better plugging capacity and low cost, which is suitable deep injection with large volume. The deep fluid diversion agent of 11. 31 × 104m3 is applied in 62 wells in Henan Oilfield, resulting in the increase in oil production of 2. 04 ×104t and the decrease in water production of 13. 59 × 104m3. The application is effective.关键词
