摘要

Abstract

In order to increase the effective use of green waste and improve the quality of growing substrate, 3 kinds of ameliorant,including bamboo vinegar, humic acid and granulated sugar, were applied into green wastes compost substrate,substrate pH,substrate electrical conductance and seed germination parameters were measured as screening to screen out their proportioning for effectively adjusting growing substrate. The results showed these amendments decreased pH value and EC of green wastes compost substrate effectively,and these amendments has a stable amelioration effect with time. The bamboo vinegar, humic acid and granulated sugar had very significant effect on the germination ratio, root elongation and germination index (p<0. 01), which made germination ratio, root elongation and germination index increased largely, substrate pH value and EC significantly correlated with seed germination ratio,root elongation and germination index(p<0. 01),showing the important function of pH value and EC in explain the effectiveness of different amendments. The amendment with humic acid(7. 0 g/L water) and bamboo vinegar(0. 5 mL/L water) and granulated sugar(5. 0 g/L water) has the best effect on green wastes compost substrate.
