Abstract
Objective To design a statistics system for the hospitalization office. Methods C/S integrated with B/S, Microsoft SQL Server used for HIS data extraction, as well as hospitalized patient information input & registration system of No.l Military Medical Project were employed to develop the system. Results Manual distribution of medical record number was eliminated, and the daily management of the hospitalization office and the patient information accuracy and integrity were improved greatly. Conclusion The system makes the time for hospitalization procedure decreased and the accuracy for information input increased.
