Edge Effect and Experiment Error of Fluorescence Quantitative PCR Instrument
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the reasons for the edge effect and experimental error of the quantitative fluorescence PCR instrument. Methods The light systems and heating modules of some PCR instruments from foreign countries were compared. Results The deficiencies in design of the light system and the uneven temperature in heating holes were the main reasons for the edge effect and experimental error, which affected the repeatability of the experimental result. Conclusion The principles of different brands of quantitative fluorescence PCR instruments have to be mastered to eliminate experimental errors and ensure the accuracy of the result.关键词
