Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of the application of Canadian occupational performance measure (COPM) on the rehabilitation therapy of stroke patients and analyze the feedback of patients and therapists. Meth-ods:COPM was applied to evaluate occupational needs for 51 stroke patients in hospital.and rehabilitation aim and plan were made to carry oul the patients-centered occupational therapy. The performance and degree of satisfaction of the occupational therapy were compared. The patients and therapists were investigated. Results: The problems of self-care activities were more than those of productive activities and leisure activities (P<0. 01 ). The scores of performance and satisfaction of occupational therapy were significantly increased after rehabilitation therapy (P< 0. 05). Investigation showed the content of COPM was more careful. comprehensive and practical, and COPM could better solve the problems of occupational activities in stroke patients. Conclusion:COPM is easy to operate.helpful to solve the problems of occupational activities.which can guide the clinical practice.关键词
