柚皮苷调控心肌核因子NF-κB炎症信号通路对糖尿病心肌病大鼠防治作用
Preventive effect of naringin on cardiac NF-κB inflammatory signal pathway in diabetic cardiomyopathy rats

Abstract
Objective: To investigate preventive effect of naringin on cardiac NF-κB inflammatory signal pathway in diabetic cardiomyopathy rats. Methods: Diabetes cardiomyopathy rat model was established by High sugar and fat feed and one-time intraperito-neal injection of low dose STZ were divided into model control( MC) group and naringin in high, middele and lower dose treatment groups, the other set of normal control(NC) group. The expression of NF-κB on myocardium was examined by immunohistochemistry and the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1β in serum were examined by radio immunoassay, myocardial ultrastructure was examined through e-lectron microscopy. Results: Compared with NC group, the expression of NF-KB on myocardium and the level of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β in serum were significantly increased in MC group ( P < 0. 05), and glucolipid metabolism disorders, myocardial ultrastructure injured were obvious significantly in MC group. The effect of the naringin in high, middele dose treatment group was better than that in the MC group, and with the dose dependent. Conclusion: Naringin can prevent and treat diabetic cardiomyopathy, improve myocardial glucolipid metabolism, down-regulate of transcription factors NF-κB, and then to suppress the activation of cardiac NF-κB inflammatory signal pathway.关键词
