社区医务人员新职工岗前培训效果分析
Effect of Pre-job Training of the Community Medical Staff

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of pre - job training of medical staff in a community health center ( CHC ) in Shanghai. Methods The pre -job training of new medical staff in Huinan CHC from 2006 to 2011 was retrospectively evaluated. Results A total of 82 new staff underwent the pre - job training. The training was carried out twice a year and lasted for one week each time. The training had five stages: preparation, training, evaluation, follow-up, and feedback. The content mainly focused on community health service prospect, professional skills, interpersonal relationships ( with colleagues and patients ), and career plan. The pre - job training enabled the new staff quickly join the medical team with enhanced service consciousness and skills. Conclusion The pre - job training enhances the professionalism of new medical staff of CHC and ensures the sustainable development of community health service.关键词
