失禁相关性皮炎皮肤保护的研究进展
Progress in Research of Skin Protection of Incontinence-associated Dermatitis
摘要
Abstract
Incontinence - associated dermatitis ( IAD ) is an irritant inflammation of the skin associated with exposure to urine or stool. A consistently structured skin care regimen is recommended for the prevention of IAD, which is based on principles of gentle cleansing, miniaturization with an emollient moisturizer and skin protectant. More and more evidences have shown that structured skin care regimen can effectively prevent IAD, but additional research is still needed to identify and evaluate the efficacy and cost - effectiveness of various interventions for IAD, and larger sample studies are needed to ascertain the safety and effectiveness of commonly used products and procedures. This paper reviews the research progress in the epidemiology of IAD, the identification of IAD and pressure ulcer and skin protection methods of IAD.关键词
