摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the application value and safety of cefoxitin sodium in the treatment of senile lower respiratory tract infection. Methods According to the computer random method will be 112 elderly cases of lower respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each 56 cases. The comparison group USES the levofloxacin for antimicrobial treatment, observation group the cefoxitin sodium treatment, compared between the two groups patients 1, 3, 7 d after C - reactive protein level, patients the body temperature to restore normal time, use time, average treatment costs, adverse drug reaction rate. Results Treatment 3, 7 d observation after patients C - reactive protein level were (15.85±3.34 ) mg/L, (11. 57± 1. 22) mg/L, and the control group were (26. 74 ± 3. 66)mg/L, (17. 42 ±2. 41)mg/L. The observation group patients body temperature restored to normal time, antibiotics application time significantly shortened, the treatment cost and adverse reaction rate dropped with statistical difference. Conclusion Cefoxitin sodium for senile lower respiratory tract infection adverse reaction slight controllable, the treatment effect is good, and can be used for conventional medicine.关键词
