艾滋病合并念珠菌食管炎的影像学表现与CD4+T淋巴细胞计数的关系
The correlation between radiographic characteristics and CD4+T lymphocyte count of complicated candidal esophagitis in AIDS patients

Abstract
Objective: To explore the radiographic characteristics of complicated candidal esophagitis in AIDS patients and evaluate the relation between the image findings and the CD4+ T lymphocyte counts. Methods: To retrospectively analyze the image findings of candidal esophagitis confirmed by gastroscope and the peripheral blood CD4+ T lymphocyte counts in 36 AIDS patients. Results: The imaging findings were as follows: the involved areas mainly included middle and lower parts of the e-sophagus (22/36) and whole esophagus (11/36). All of the patients showed hypotonia and dysperistalsis. 29 of the patients had irregular lumen contour showing "brush sign" and 26 of the ones had thickening of mucous membrane and filling defect showing "cobblestone sign". The 36 patients, CD4+ T lymphocyte counts were from 6×106/L to 145×106/L, of which 12 patients with CD4+ <50×106 /L ,18 patients with CD4+= (50～100)×106/L and 6 patients with CD4+>100×106/L. The average CD4+ T lymphocyte count was(53. 61±47. 32)×106/L. As the decreasing of CD4+ T lymphocyte count, the esophagitis area was extending upward from the lower and more serious. Conclusions: The mainly radiographic characteristics in AIDS patients complicated with candidial esophagitis were "brush sign" and "cobblestone sign", the affected areas and severity of e-sophagus are directly related with the peripheral blood CD4+ T lymphocyte count.关键词
