摘要

Abstract

Microcapsule electrophoretic image display(EPID) is one of the most important technologies for reading flexible display. The electronic paper dispay made by this technology possesses the merits of good visibility, extremely low power dissipation, bistability and flexibility. And the stability of electrophoretic ink is also improved effectively in certain scope. This paper introduces the main methods to prepare electronic ink with EPID and recent developments of microcapsule in these years. The application situation and development trend are also reviewed.
