Evaluation Index System of Organizational Knowledge Propagation and Sharing and Its RS Weight Allocation
摘要
Abstract
As an important component of the knowledge chain, the implement effect of knowledge propagation and sharing directly reflected the benefit of the knowledge chain and knowledge management ( KM). The index system of knowledge propagation and sharing from organizational level was established and got good benefit of weight allocation by rough sets ( RS) which was used to calculate the weight of indexes. An attribute weight calculating system based on RS ( RS - AWCS) was designed and developed for decision tables with multi-attributes. Efficiency and effect of the system were tested by a specific example.关键词
