清肾颗粒合复方α-酮酸治疗慢性肾衰竭湿热证疗效观察
Therapeutic Efficacy of Qingshen Granules Combined with Compound α-Keto Acid in Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure with Damp-Heat Syndrome

Abstract
Objective To observe the positive effect of Qingshen Granules combined with compound crketo acid on the quality of life in non-dialysis chronic renal failure (CRF) patients with damp-heat syndrome. Methods A total of 102 non-dialysis CRF patients were randomly divided into conventional group, control group, and treatment group to receive basic treatment, basic treatment plus compound crketo acid, and basic treatment plus Qingshen Granules combined with compound crketo acid, respectively. The course of treatment was 12 weeks. Serum creatinine (SCr) level, albumin (Alb) level, glomerular filtration rate (GFR) ,and main traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score were measured before and after treatment. Kidney disease quality of life short form, version 1. 3 (KDQOL-SFTM1. 3) was used to evaluate the quality of life in patients before and after treatment. Results The treatment group showed significantly higher increase in Alb level than the conventional group (P<0. 01) , significantly higher decrease in TCM syndrome score than the conventional group and control group (P<0. 01) , and significantly higher increase in the score on each dimension and total score of KDQOL-SF?1. 3 than the conventional group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The control group only showed significantly higher increase in SF-36 scores of KDQOL-SF?1. 3 than the conventional group (P<0. 05). Multiple step wise regression analysis found that age, GFR, TCM syndrome score, and Alb level had significant impacts on quality of life. Conclusion Qingshen Granules combined with compound crketo acid can delay the progression of CRF and improve the quality of life in CRF patients with damp-heat syndrome.关键词
