论方证辨证的形成源流和运用特点
Origin and characteristics of formula-related syndrome differentiation
摘要
Abstract
Formula-related syndrome differentiation is a special form of clinical thinking of syndrome differentiation, which was proposed by ZHANG Zhong-jing in Shanghanzabinglun. The researchers of cold damage in Tang and Song Dynasties broke the system of six-meridian syndrome differentiation and generated a system of classifying syndromes according not to classics but formulas. Formula-related syndrome differentiation has been replenished and perfected gradually by formula-related syndromes of current formulas in later generations. Formula-related syndrome differentiation has characteristics of administrating directly, recognizing syndrome based on formulas, differentiating main syndromes, corresponding between pulses and syndromes and flexible adaptation. Modern people has recognized the importance of effect relationship between formulas and syndrome in formula-related syndrome differentiation, deeply studied origin, concept and features, and explored the connotation and application by using modern research methods for improving the system of formula-related syndrome differentiation.q关键词
