Abstract
Four 00Crl2Ni9Mo(x)Cu2Ti maraging stainless steel alloys with various Mo content (<4) were melted with vacuum induction furnace. The effect of Mo concentration on the solid solution temperature of the alloys and the microstructure and properties after subsequent cold working and ageing process were studied. Microstructure analysis showed that crystal grain grew larger as the solution temperature elevated. 8-ferrite phase appeared in the alloy containing 3.3% Mo when solution treatment temperature was below 1000℃. Hardness tests showed that solution temperature hardly affect the hardness of the as-solution treated alloys. As the Mo concentration increased, the maximum hardness after ageing increased and the over-ageing temperature increased. Corrosion test showed :hat 1% Mo can improve corrosion resistance effectively. Aging within 4h did not dercease corrosion resistance. As the aging time extended to 400h, corrosion resistance degraded severely.关键词
