Abstract
A10.5 FeCoCrNi high-entropy alloy ingots were prepared by vacuum arc melting, and the alloys with rolling reductions of 30%, 60%, and 90% were obtained by means of rolling. The effects of rolling reduction on microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloys were investigated by using X-ray diffraction, optical microscope, scanning electron microscope equipped with an energy dispersive spectrometer, transmission electron microscope, vickers hardness tester, and wear test machine. The results show that the dendrites are flattened and elongated, while the interdendrites are stretched along the rolling direction. The alloy show high work hardenging ability. The hardness of the samples processed by rolling deformations of 30%, 60% and 90%, were 268. 8HV, 348. 4HV and 393. 9HV, respectively, but the wear resistance decreases with the increase in rolling deformation.关键词
