公共空间视角下的社区规划实施评价——基于上海曹杨新村的实证研究
Evaluation of Community Plan Implementation: An Empirical Study of Public Space in Caoyang Estate in Shanghai
摘要
Abstract
Based on theories of plan evaluation, this article examines community plan implementation in Caoyang New Estate in the perspective of public space. By using data from public space survey, the paper studies the difference and conformity between the plan blueprint and the reality of Caoyang Estate as a way to evaluate the effectiveness of community planning and development. This paper points out that in terms of difference, the implementation of Caoyang New Estate planning has ignored the quality of public space; but in terms of conformity, the plan implementation has given some positive impacts on the public life in the community.关键词
