Abstract
While the existing formula and coordinate conversion software based on carat SuoFuSi ellipsoid or 1975 international ellipsoid, which we need to find other ways to solve the above problem. Based on the VS2008 platform, using C language, this paper developed calculating with positive and negative method based on CGCS2000 ellipsoid parameters and coordinates belt changing program. And it analyzed the result's precision.关键词
