用于黏结面钢筋应变测试的表面式密布型光栅
Closely distributed surface optical fiber grating applicable to test the strain of rebar on bond interface

Abstract
The closely distributed optical fiber grating (CDOFG) is manufactured by writing multiple Bragg gratings on a single optical fiber. The spacing between two close gratings is 60 mm and the center wavelengths are sequenced. To satisfy the requirements of high gradient strain tests, CD-OFGs with staggered arrangement are attached parallel to each other. In the test, the naked optical fiber grating is directly bonded on the rebar to decrease the effect of stress transferring medium. The CDOFGs can be protected by the hardened glue and the longitudinal rib of rebar. To verify the validity of this test method, a bond-slip test between concrete and rebar was performed. All CDOFGs worked well during the loading process. For the rebar, the maximum monitored strain is 4×10-3 after the rebar yielded. The strain distributions of the rebar embedded in concrete was also obtained through the CDOFGs. In this monitoring method, CDOFGs are sensors with small section dimension and less leading fiber, and can be used for distributed testing with series connections. Hence, the layout process of this method is simple and easy for application. The CDOFGs can be bonded on rebar directly without decreasing the bond slip effect. It is proper to use CDOFGs for monitoring strains in bond-slip tests between concrete and rebar, which can also be regarded as a reference for bond-slip test between polymer reinforced fiber and concrete.关键词
