大豆黄酮对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、血液指标和经济效益的影响
Effects of Daidzein on Performance, Blood Parameters and Economic Benefits in Laying Hens during the Late Laying Period

Abstract
This trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of daidzein on performance, blood parameters and e-conomic benefits in laying hens during the late laying period. Six hundred and forty 56-week-old Hy-Line Brown laying hens with the similar body weight and laying rate were randomly assigned to 4 groups with 8 replicates in each group and 20 birds in each replicate, and fed basal diets supplemented with 0 (control) , 10, 50 and 100 mg/kg daidzein for 12 weeks, respectively. The results showed as follows: the supplementation of 10 mg/kg daidzein significantly increased egg weight (P <0.01), and the supplementation of 50 mg/kg daidzein significantly increased laying rate and decreased the ratio of feed to egg (P <0.01). Dietary daidzein also had significantly increased the contents of total protein, calcium, phosphorus and total cholesterol in serum of laying hens (P <0. 05), but did not significantly affect feed intake, blood routine parameters, and albumin content, aspartate aminotransferase activity, triglycerides content, glucose content, alkaline phosphatase activity, estradiol level and progesterone level in serum of laying hens (P > 0. 05). The supplementation of 50 mg/kg daidzein brings the best economic benefits. It is indicated that the supplementation of 50 mg/kg daidzein can improve performance and get better economic benefits in laying hens during the late laying period.关键词
