摘要

Abstract

According to the maintenance disadvantages of wiring trouble, difficult assembling and higher cost in the existing elevator call system, as well as for the power shortage to call, this paper designed and realized a kind of wireless communication emergency call system based on GSM. The system in which fault happened mainly in elevator occured workers trapped in the elevator. STC11F05E is a single chip processor used as the core processing and control unit, which detect whether there is a distress signal by the I/O port, and send command to GSM wireless communication module( SIM900A) through the serial port to realize the wireless emergency call. By the SIM card settings, it can be carried out on the special number of a priority level order for help. There is always someone on duty,who can answer the emergency telephone, control the voice circuit, through the I/O port and real-time and connect and disconnect the speech path. The system uses UPS uninterruptible power supply elevator car,room,car top (the shaft top bottom pit). The Quartet is used in feeding way to extend power; so even in power outage state the system can also be carried out for help. Practical and experimental results show that, the call for help system is simple installation (do not need wiring) its wireless communication reliable (using existing GSM base station), low cost,and has higher application value and wide market prospect.
