穿心莲内酯对小鼠镇痛抗炎作用的实验研究
An Experimental Study of Analgesia and Anti-Inflammatory Effects of Andrographolide in Mice
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the analgesia and anti-inflammatory effects of andrographolide and to provide basis for the development of new drugs and clinical applications. Methods: Hot plate procedure and torsion body method were used as analgesia experimental model to observe the analegesia effect of andrographolide. Inflammation mice model induced by dimethylbenzene and ovi albumin were used to observe anti-inflammatory effect of andrographolide. Results; Andrographolide could reduce acetic acid-induced stretch in mice and prolong time course of pain response induced by hot flate; and also had marked inhibitory effects on inflamed mice induced by dimethylbenzene and ovi albumin. Conclusions; Andrographolide has significant analgesia and anti-inflammatory effects.关键词
