不同生长期武当玉兰中木兰脂素的含量比较
Determination of Magnolin in Magnolia Sprengeri Pamp.in Different Growth Periods
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To compare the determinations of magnolin in Magnolia sprengeri Pamp. in different growth periods. Methods: HPLC method was used with Agilent HC-C8(250 mm×4. 6 mm, 5 μn) column, and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuran-water (35: 1: 64). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was 30℃. , sample size 10μ℃ and the UV detector was set at 278 ran. Results; The content of magnolin in the samples collected in various periods was significantly different; the total content of magnolin in the samples of 10 ~15 years old was the highest. Conclusions; It is suggested that Magnolia sprengeri Pamp. should be gathered when they are 10~15 years old.关键词
