佛山地区青少年骨性Ⅲ类错(牙合)形成机制的8因素分析
Eight factors analysis for the formation mechanism of skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion in adolescents of Foshan District

Abstract
Objective To study the formation mechanism of skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion in adolescents by eight factors analysis of the people in Foshan district. Methods Based on FMA angles, the individuals with skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion ( ANB < 0° ) were divided into three groups: hyperdivergency group ( FMA > 34° ) , hypodivergency group ( FMA < 24° ) and average group ( 24° < FMA < 34° ). Cephalometric results of hard tissue were analysed by t-test between people of skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion and normal people (0° < ANB <5°, 24° < FMA <34°). Results Comparing with the normal group, there were four results, including mandible body length, mandible angle, maxilla inclination and maxilla body length in the hyperdivergency group, and three results, including mandible body length, mandible angle, lower molar-alveolar height in hypodivergency group, which were significant different. But no difference was found in average group. Conclusion Adolescents of hyperdivergency and hypodivergency skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion have more excessive mandibular body length than normal skeletal individual. In hyperdivergency group, maxillas show more anticlockwise rotation, mandibles show more clockwise rotation with retruded maxilla; and hypodivergency group is related with less lower molar-alveolar height and more anticlockwise rotation mandible.关键词
