多电平矩阵变换器的等效电路及其应用
Equivalent Circuit and Its Applications for Multilevel Matrix Converter
摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the modeling problem of multilevel matrix converter (MMC) resulted from its non-linear elements, based on vector space modulation, a linear equivalent circuit in the absence of switch element for MMC was achieved by applying the Park transformation technology. Meanwhile, the analytic expressions of input, output voltage and input current of MMC were deduced, then the simulative characteristic curves of voltage gain, input current, and steady-state turns ratio were also obtained. Moreover, the small-signal model and state equations of MMC's main circuit were obtained,and a Lyapunov function was constructed to judge MMC's stability so as to avoid numerical solving of high-order ordinary differential equation, providing an effective means for MMC stability analyses.关键词
