慢性心功能不全患者生存素水平与心功能的相关性
The correlatoin between serum survivin and heart function in patients with chronic heart failure.
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the correlation between serum survivin and heart function in patients with chronic heart failure ( CHF ). Methods The BNP, serum survivin, cardiothoracic ratio and LVEF were assessed in 167 patients with chronic heart failure for analysis. Results Significantly higher survivin was revealed in patients with CHF (P<0. 05 ). Furthermore, significantly negative correlation was revealed between survivin and heart function ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion Elevated survivin is associated with heart function especially in patients with level Ⅲ cardiac function ( NYHA ), suggesting a risk factor of chronic heart failure.关键词
