HPLC法测定小儿清肺止咳片中次野鸢尾黄素的含量
Determination of irisflorentin in Xiao'er Qingfei Zhike tablets by RP-HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the determination of irisflorentin in Xiao'er Qingfei Zhike tablets by RP-HPLC. Methods The chromatographic column was Diamonsil-C18 at 30 ℃. The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-0. 2% phosphoric acid(53:47). The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1,and the detection wavelength was 266 nm. Results The linear range of irisflorentin was 2. 5 -40 μg · mL-1 (r =0. 999 8). The average recovery was 102. 7% ( RSD = 0. 54% , n = 6). Conclusion The method can be used for quantitative determination of this preparation.关键词
