摘要

Abstract

microRNAs are closely associated with lipid metabolism and post-transcription factors of lipid metabolism. This paper reviews recent development of microRNAs related to lipid metabolism, such as miR-33 , miR-122,miR-370,miR-378/378 * , miR-143, miR-27 and miR-335. Mechanisms of these microRNAs are involved in modulating cholesterol efflux, cholesterol, triglycerides and HDL synthesis, the related enzyme activity,fat synthesis and fatty acid oxidation.
