护理干预联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效观察
Observation on Clinical Effect of Nursing Intervention Combined with Polyene Phosphatidyl Choline in Treatment of Fatty Liver

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of nursing intervention combined with polyene phosphatidyl choline( PPC ) in the treatment of fatty liver. Methods Ninety patients with fatty liver were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table, the control group ( n - 44 ) received conventional nursing care and routine treatment with reduced glutathione, inosine and vitamin C, the treatment group( n = 46 ) received the same treatment as controls besides nursing invention and intravenous infusion of PPC. Patients' liver function and blood fat were monitored, and B ultrasound of liver was performed in both groups before and after treatment. Results liver function improved significantly while ALT,AST,γ-GT,TC and TG decreased significantly in treatment group,which were superior to those in control group( P < 0.05 ); Total effective rate of treatment group was 84. 8% while that of control group was 63.4% , the efficacy of treatment group was superior to that of control group( P <0.05 ). Conclusion Nursing intervention combined with PPC in the treatment of fatty liver is safe and effective.关键词
