Insulation Design of Stator Bushing of 1 000 MW Turbo-generator

Abstract
Insulation structural design is the core problems of high voltage electrical design, and it is very important for the safe operation of the product whether insulation structure can meet the design requirements. Three types of insulation structure of stator bushing of 1 000 MW turbo-generator are designed, which are no shield electrode type, single-shield electrode type and double-shielded electrode type. The maximum of electric field strength and its position and the typical location field distribution curve is obtained by use of Maxwell 10.0 finite element software for simulation analysis. The maximum electric field strength and electric field distribution of different programs are compared, and the actual operation of the dielectric breakdown field strength compared. Ultimately double-shielded electrode type is determined, which is the optimal insulation structure of stator outgoing lines bushing of 1 000 MW turbo-generator. It provides a theoretical basis for insulation design of stator outgoing lines bushing of 1 000 MW turbo-generator.关键词
