应用ERCP治疗高龄胆总管结石的临床研究

Abstract
Objective: To explore the application of ERCP for elderly patients with bile duct stones. Method: Our hospital in Mar. 2007 to Jan. 2012, ERCP clinical data of 70 cases of the treatment of common bile duct stones in patients over the age of 75 was set to the observation group, collected its etiology, treatment effects and complications, conventional surgery with the same period(control group) in the treatment of elderly patients with the clinical data for comparative analysis. Result: Observer overall response rate was 94. 3% (66/70), the control group was 95.7% (67/70); operative time was significantly shorter (P<0.05) than the control group, the complication rate was significantly lower (P<0.05). The hospital stay was significantly shorter (P<0.05). Conclusion: ERCP treatment exact effects of old age common bile duct stones, can reduce the incidence of complications at the same time, shorter surgery and hospitalization time, senior citizens should not be as ERCP treatment of common bile duct stones taboo.关键词
